Drake has new music coming out, but that’s not all. While promoting his new book of poetry, Titles Ruin Everything: A Stream of Conscious by Kenza Samir and Aubrey Graham (a.k.a Drake), he revealed that there would be an accompanying album.
After taking out full-page advertisements in publications like the New York Post and Los Angeles Times, Drizzy included QR codes that lead to a website in which the only thing present is three lines of text.
“I made an album to go with the book. They say they miss the old Drake girl don’t [sic] tempt me. FOR ALL THE DOGS.”
The book is already available from DrakeRelated.com for $19.95 USD, and is written by Drake and his frequent collaborator Kenza Samir. Samir has co-written Drake’s “HYFR”, “Jungle”, “Connect”, “Too Good”, “views”, and “Keep the Family Close” amongst many others.
The accompanying album has very little information about it.
We can only assume the title is “For All the Dogs” but it’s hard to say if the second line actually describes the style of the album given that it’s a lyric from “Headlines” on Drake’s second album, Take Care, though it seems to likely be the case.
Either that, or it’s an album in which he raps the poems found in the book? We will have to wait and see, but unfortunately with no release date we don’t know how long we might have to wait.
