If you wanted to live like you were in a music video than Drake’s former party pad is for you. Unfortunately, the “Yolo Estate” in the Hidden Hills was just sold for a paltry $12 million USD (approx. $17 million AUD). The whole estate is ridiculously over the top but for those that are into that, this estate is absolutely mouth-watering to marvel at.
Drake bought the “Yolo Estate” about 10 years ago for $7.7 million ($12.2m AUD). Since then, he’s completely redesigned the property into a completely decked out party manor.

Not only is there a massive swimming pool complete with an 80ft rock waterslide but also a sand volleyball and tennis court. Did we mention that the pool has a secret cave-like grotto area with tables, bar, and TVs? Because it’s there.
The three-acre property also contains a massive patio area, sun deck, and for some reason, a stable and riding ring. Does… does Drake ride horses? Is owning a stable still a flex in the 21st century? Probably, right?
To get inside the two-storey house you have to cross a stone bridge and once inside you’re transported to a world of old-world decadence. Rock fireplaces, wine cellars, tasting room, custom chandeliers, movie theatre, and a recording studio. There’s also seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. One of those bathrooms is a 2,000-square-foot master suite hidden behind a bookshelf. It’s like a castle!

Drake isn’t selling this property because he’s running out of cash, far from it. He just bought a property in Beverly Crest for a whopping $75m USD ($109m AUD)! It’s a 20,000-square-foot house on 20 acres that used to be owned by musician Robbie Williams.
Drake’s doing quite well for himself as his latest album, HONESTLY, NEVERMIND, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s 200. This now makes Drake the fifth artists with more than 10 number one albums alongside The Beatles and Jay-Z.
