Eva Prima Pandora by Jean Cousin the Elder (1550)

Pornhub have begun a new project to digitally collect classical pieces of art that depict nudity and sex. Which there is no shortage of.

The project involves Pornhub ambassador, Asa Akira, providing an oral history (pun not intended) of 30 erotic art pieces from around the world. But the largest part of the project is a virtual tour of a bunch of iconic museum’s artworks for the art lovers’ enjoyment.

The museum’s included are The MET (U.S.), The Prado (Spain), The Louvre (France), The National Gallery (U.K.), and The Uffizi Gallery (Italy). These are some huge names to be involved and each have a large collection of erotic art.

The Cock Fight by Jean Leon Gerome (1846)

Asa Akira said of the project,

“There’s a treasure trove of erotic art around the world – depicting nudes, orgies, and more – that’s not available on Pornhub. These pre-Internet art pieces are currently sitting in museums, which we are now finally able to start visiting again as covid restrictions are starting to lift. So as people start to head back to The Louvre or The MET, they can simply open Classic Nudes, and I’ll be their guide. Time to ditch those boring self-tour recordings and enjoy every single brushstroke of these erotic masterpieces with me.”

A more risqué aspect of the project is amateur couple MySweetApple who bring to life six of the erotic artworks. These include Adam and Eve by Jan Gossaert, Male Nude by Edgar Devas, Venus of Urbino by Titian, The Naked Maja by Francisco de Goya, The Origin of the World by Gustave Courbet, and The Brunette Odalisque by Francois Boucher. They are NSFW videos and you probably shouldn’t show them to your parents.

Check out the SFW introductory video below and then maybe check out the rest of the exhibit in private.
